Research On Mergers And Acquisitions Strategy Of Two Company

Recently,the development of elevator industry comes to a bottleneck period.On the one hand,with the frequent elevator safety events,a series of targeted national law,regulations published by government to encourage the elevator manufacturers to maintain their elevators directly.In order to that,the elevator manufacturers will have a new business growth point;On the other hand,the real estate market slumped during recent years in China.It makes the new elevator sales downturn.And what's more,with the increasing labor cost,the small and medium enterprises feeling more and more pressure.As a mean of the capital operation,enterprises' consolidation is becoming an important way to improve profitability and has been widely used in different fields.In this paper,through PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,I get the advantages and disadvantages of internal and the opportunities and challenges of external.Basing on the result of analysis,the integration strategy has been put forward.And then,I list the content,steps and the concrete suggestions.The research is mainly including the parts as following: first of all,I tell the topic background,research purpose and meanings in this paper.I not only carry on the review the related theory of enterprise integration,but also the strategy related theories.Secondly,I make an analysis of internal and external environment of S elevator company and E elevator company.Thirdly,basing on the result of SWOT analysis,I summarized integration strategy.Then,I put forward the content and goal of the integration strategy and ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.Finally,I set a summary of this paper to describe the significance of this case.
