Factors Analysis And Evaluation Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Based On The "Internet Plus"

With the rapid development of "Internet Plus" in our country,the scope of its influence is expanding.Especially in recent years,China put forward the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the "Internet Plus" and "entrepreneurship and innovation " start to cross-border integration.The innovation and entrepreneurship in the environment of "Internet Plus" includes not only the conventional innovation and entrepreneurship,but also the "Internet Plus" characteristics of the times.It is particularly important to find the way to distinguish the differences from the traditional and contemporary "innovation entrepreneurship" and to make evaluation.The evaluation is no longer simply to make evaluation itself,which needs to combine with the current situation.The article starts from the background,development stage,environment,resource structure,subject,risk management,driving and internet of products or services of "innovation entrepreneurship" in "Internet Plus".It analyzes the influence factors and the influence degree of innovation and entrepreneurship,and puts forward the effects of subjects involved,such as psychology,statistics and so on.On this basis,the article proposes 6 first level indexes,which include subjects,dynamic,resources,organization management and environment.Finally it establishes the evaluation index system,with 6 first level indicators,16 second-grade indicators,and 54 second-grade indicators.In the process of establishing the evaluation index system based on the "Internet Plus",the article analyzes the research data utilizing the theory,such as statistics,operational research and mathematics,and determine the weights of indicators by Delphi method,AHP,and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.In the end,the paper constructs the index system with three examples.The results showed that,the evaluation index system based on the "Internet plus" not only shows the difference innovation and entrepreneurship of traditional and "Internet Plus",but also can show the influence factors and the factor weights in intuitionistic form,and evaluate the innovation and entrepreneurship scientifically and effectively.
