Anke Biotechnology's Equity Incentive And Its Performance Evaluation

Enterprise economic businesses are more and more complex.In order to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,agent system came into being.But also came the interest inconsistency between owners and operators.The equity incentive is an active attempt by some entrepreneurs to solve this problem.Anke Biotechnologyon the equity incentive has also been a corresponding practice to explore.This paper first briefly introduces the relevant theory of equity incentive,and the implementation of equity incentive program in China.Secondly,the equity incentive scheme of AnkeBiotechnology is analyzed from seven design factors,and the implementation of Anke Biotechnology's equity incentive scheme is described.And then the article uses the event tree method to analyze short-term performance evaluation of Anke Biotechnology's equity incentive scheme.And this paper also shows both the price volatility within a year after the Anke Biotechnology's equity incentive document publishedand the financial indicators before and after equity incentive as a detailed analysis for the incentive long-term performance evaluation.Besides,this paper also analyzes the turnover rate,R & D investment,production efficiency,enterprise dividend and firm size of Anke Biology Company before and after the equity incentive.In the end the article concludes the experience and shortcomings of the implementation of the Anke Biotechnology's equity incentive program and then makes my recommendations.
