China is in the new-style urbanization and industrialization station nowadays.The new-style urbanization is the driving force for Chinese future development.But Chinese current urbanization process is not low-carbon,there are extensive urban construction land,serious resource consumption,high traffic emissions and other issues.Indicating that Chinese urbanization is not only non-low carbon,but high-carbon,high-energy consumption.In order to solve the contradiction between the urbanization process and carbon emission reduction in China,the calculation of urban carbon emissions and the impact factors of urban carbon emissions will provide a basis for low-carbon urbanization.On the basis of the analysis of the literature and the experience and lessons of lowcarbon development of urbanization abroad,the paper analyzes the current situation of high-carbon emission in Chinese urbanization.And in the collection of data compiled on the basis of energy consumption,calculate the urban carbon emissions of 30 provinces from 1995 to 2014.Through the Eviews correlation analysis of urbanization rate and urban carbon emission,it is shown that there is a long-term co-integration between them.And then the regional differences of the urban carbon emission factors are studied.In order to study the regional differences,30 provinces were divided into high,medium and low groups according to the urbanization level,and the STIRPAT model was used to analyze the impact factors.The results show that the high-level is most sensitive to the urbanization rate and income factors,the middle-level is most sensitive to population factors,while the low-level is to industrial structure,the highest among three groups.The results show that the sensitivity of each factor is different at different urbanization levels.On the basis of analysis of STIRPAT model,this paper puts forward the low-carbon path suitable for the development of new urbanization in China,and puts forward the suitable measures for the development of low-carbon urbanization,from the perspective of the main influencing factors of different urbanization levels.
