Over investment in recent years listing Corporation has attracted more and more attention,this paper selects China's listing Corporation H company were analyzed from several common factors leading to enterprise excessive investment behavior of the specific factors of the effects in H company,H company to determine the possibility of over investment,reached H the company has a higher likelihood of excessive investment behavior;from two typical project in H company investment in recent years with the detailed analysis of the benefits of expanding the scale of the project and the contribution of the two projects,a comprehensive analysis of the project and the reasons for failure to determine the excessive investment of these two projects,the H's forest resources harvesting projects and central heating project investment possibility is higher.And then through the analysis of the adverse effects of excessive investment on the company's development,put forward some suggestions for the further development of H company.
