Research On The Motive Force Of Logistics Listed Companies

The development of the logistics industry has greatly promoted the development of China's economy.However,there is still a big gap between the development of China's logistics listed companies and foreign developed countries.To study the mechanism and relationship of the development and dynamic factors of logistics listed companies is of great significance to promote the rapid and healthy development of logistics listed companies.The paper summarizes the existing problems in the development of logistics listed companies,and defines the connotation of the development of logistics listed companies on the basis of related theories and concepts.This paper systematically discusses the key factors of influencing the development of logistics listed companies and constructs the conceptual model of the development of logistics listed companies.It is considered that the dynamic factors of logistics listed companies can be divided into resource acquisition power,Industrial environment,enterprise management power,corporate culture,innovation.The corresponding development indicators can be identified as market share,profitability,risk resistance,operational capacity and social influence.On this basis,the paper establishes the dynamic model of logistics listed companies.The results show that the resource acquisition ability and the industrial environment play a significant positive role in the development of logistics listed companies,and the enterprise management ability,corporate culture and innovation ability are less significant.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of logistics listed companies,and provides reference for the government to promote the logistics industry and accelerate the development of logistics listed companies.
