Intermediate business, the main part of the bank businesses, has highly been raised the share of the gross income of commercial banks since twenty-first century. In recent years,along with the impact of the Interest rate marketization, the deposit and loan business of the domestic banks has been effected, leading to the result of shrink of the domestic bank profits.In that condition, the managers of the banks regard developing intermediary business as the response measures, engage to maintain the bank profits. On the other hand, the gradual liberalization of interest rate is accompanied by financial deepening, which provides a fertile ground for financial innovation, and is also a good time to carry out the innovation of intermediate business products.However, in the process of the development of intermediary business, intermediary business center business also shifted by the settlement and clearing, agent and other traditional business to bank cards, electronic banking, investment banking and other innovative business transformation, at the same time guarantees, trade finance etc. with the risk of intermediate business is constantly expansion, resulting in the internal structure of the intermediate business of commercial bank changes, this change will promote the commercial banks to improve the current operating performance has become the focus of this paper.In this paper, the structure of commercial banks intermediate business income as the mainpoint, in accordance with the three types of China's commercial banks in 2007 -2015 annual data, analysis of China's commercial banks intermediate business income structure changes,and influence from the theoretical point of view of the interest rate market, intermediate business income structure and business performance of the relationship between the three, at the same time the use of panel data analysis, analysis of influence of structure of commercial banks intermediate business income and intermediate business income structure on the performance of the commercial banks interest rate market, analyze the reasons behind the background, in order to guide commercial banks in the interest rate market, how to adjust its own structure to intermediate business income to achieve the purpose of improving the business performance.
