In recent years,frequent food safety issues Chinese,this makes the consumption of the masses has great suspicion and exclusion of local food production in China,so that China’s food industry has been hit.With the economic level of urban residents increased,many residents choose to buy imported food,give up some food.But its production also because of food safety threats,so as to obtain the natural,green,healthy development of space is not small for the characteristics of the organic food market,and the development of organic industry has become a strategic task in our country.The research of urban residents in Zhengzhou for organic food purchase behavior,not only enriches the development of organic food in China is of great significance and practical significance to the development of organic food market.This study through the investigation of Zhengzhou city residents organic food consumption intention and behavior,aims to analyze the consumers of organic food cognition,the actual situation of the purchasing intention and behavior,reveal influence factors on consumer willingness to buy organic food.It puts forward relevant policy suggestions and policies of government and relevant departments to develop and promote organic food the development of the market,standardization of organic food producers,dealers production and management.In this study,the school of social practice team social survey as the basis,and using interviews,questionnaires of social investigation.During the investigation,issued a total of 273 questionnaires,256 valid questionnaires,the results show that the efficiency of 93.77%:First,At present,the majority of residents in Zhengzhou city attaches great importance to food safety said that the existing market,although they don’t know much about organic food,also not recognized on the market for organic food certification,organic food has higher machine consumption intention and consumer enthusiasm,when will the phase ratio have been put into consumption.Second,The gender,age,educational background,income,and cognitive attitude,cognitive style and channel of consumers in Zhengzhou have a significant impact on the purchase behavior of organic food.Third,The consumption behavior of organic food in Zhengzhou was analyzed from the aspects of consumption frequency,place of consumption and consumption patterns.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations for the government and relevant departments to provide decision-making reference to regulate the organic food market and promote the healthy development of urban residents’ organic food consumptionThe innovation of this paper is to survey consumers in Zhengzhou city residents willingness to buy organic food,organic food more deep understanding of consumer cognition,the actual situation of the purchasing intention and behavior,based on the analysis of factors affecting consumer purchase intention of organic food.
