Research On The Impact Of Industrial Transfer On The Low-carbon Industrial Transformation In Henan Province

Over the past few decades,China’s rapid economic development,people’s lives have undergone profound changes,but also bear the cost of resources.Kam to know,China is vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization,promote green recycling low-carbon development.November 2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping said at the Paris conference,China will be about 2030 to reach the peak and early realization of carbon dioxide,2030 units of carbon dioxide emissions in 2005 than in 2005 decreased by 60%-65%,non-fossil energy Accounting for the proportion of primary energy consumption of about 20%.Henan Province,with the rapid economic development,2015 GDP(GDP)has reached the fifth,but also represents the commitment of Henan Province,the growing responsibility for low-carbon emission reduction.March 2016,"Henan Province thirteen five plan",Henan Province to make "mode of production and lifestyle green,low-carbon level rise.Energy resources development and utilization efficiency increased significantly,energy and water consumption,construction land,The total amount of carbon emissions to be effective Confucius,the major pollutants emissions significantly reduced." Henan Province,the rapid economic development process,to undertake international and domestic industrial transfer on GDP growth has played a huge role in promoting.In view of the development requirements of the economic low carbon,it is of great significance to study how to promote the low carbon transformation of the economy in undertaking the process of industrial transfer.The existing literature focuses on Henan Province to undertake industrial transfer to verify the relationship between carbon emissions,and the impact of industrial transfer on carbon emissions mechanism,the role of channels and other issues without further study of the literature.This paper is trying to make the appropriate effort to make up for the shortcomings of existing research.This paper mainly analyzes the effect of carbon transfer from the two levels on the transfer of carbon in industry.On the one hand,through the research of domestic and foreign related literature,the paper analyzes the influence of industrial transfer on the bearing ground and the mechanism of low-carbon economy,On the other hand,in the relevant theoretical mechanism of the basic business,with reference to HenanProvince to undertake the transfer,the status of carbon emissions analysis,to 18 provinces in Henan Province,37 industrial industries as the object of study,with the help of Panel estimation,panel analysis of the equation,the location of business estimates and other empirical methods,quantitative study of industrial transfer on the objective impact of carbon emissions in Henan Province.Finally,through the analysis of the influence effect of carbon shuffling on industrial shuffling,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the basic environment construction,human capital,energy structure and policy guidance.
