Project human resource management is the core of project management.For coal mine project,human resources is the ability to project concerned with all.In the flat world,globalization section of projects and jobs will lead to business needs,they can be met in the project of human resource management solutions.Project human resource management help to design and check the process itself,makes the programs and services delivered the financial impact of real-time visualization.This article through to the domestic and foreign project human resource management research,use of project human resource management related theory,on the basis of the author combined with years of management experience himself,carry on the detailed study of human resource management of the project,using the questionnaire investigation and factor analysis to JJT project human resources management present situation,problems and countermeasures are analyzed.For the first time,using the questionnaire survey,combined with the project general situation,situation of project human resource and employee satisfaction to human resource management of the project has carried on the investigation and analysis,it is concluded that the project staff of age structure,education structure and professional title structure;Second,the factor analysis on the current situation of project human resource management,project human resource management present situation investigation factors mainly consists of five factors,namely the staff to the five factors of project human resource management is recognized,namely employee development(20.8%),post Settings(15.6%),salary,benefits(16.6%),organizational structure(15.3%),and performance management(10.7%).That is to say,project staff is especially recognized for project organization structure and post setting.Show that the project staff who are recognized the existing personal development and post setting,but the project organization structure and the performance management of human resource management is very recognition;Finally,combined the JJT problems existing in the coal mine project human resource management,analyzes the cause of the problem,and from the human resources management system,the performance evaluation system and incentive system three aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
