After years of development,China has established a complete tax service system.However,there is still a big gap between the current tax service and the demand of taxpayers.In particular,there are still a lot of places to be improved in the content and quality of service.In the State Administration of Taxation to start a new round of tax reform under the background of continuous improvement in the taxpayer service demand situation,how to adapt to the situation,continue to improve and enhance the level of service is an urgent problem to be solved in front of the grass-roots tax authorities.The formation and development of customer relationship management theory provides a new way to optimize the tax service.Based on the theory of customer relationship management,this paper analyzes the present situation of tax service,the existing optimization measures and the effect on the basis of the in-depth investigation and study of A State Administration of Taxation,taking the grass-roots IRS as the research object,and analyzes the existing problems of tax service As well as the reasons for the formation of the service concept,service system,information platform,taxpayer protection and other aspects of the grassroots tax bureau to further optimize the tax services to provide some suggestions.
