Research On Evaluation And Dynamic Monitoring Methods Of Energy Efficiency For Civil Aviation Enterprises

In recent years,energy saving and emission reduction is becoming a hot spot in the international and domestic.As an important component of the transportation,the energy efficiency optimization of civil aviation enterprises is also urgently.But,a scientific evaluation system of energy efficiency for the civil aviation enterprises has not been established at present,and the evaluation of energy efficiency is unreasonable.Through the investigation of energy consumption about some civil aviation enterprises,and then research on the evaluation and dynamic monitoring methods of energy efficiency,try to provide theoretical support for energy efficiency optimization of civil aviation enterprises.Firstly,through the analysis of energy efficiency indicators and their measurement approaches,the boundary of energy efficiency evaluation and the connotation of the energy efficiency of civil aviation enterprise is determined.Secondly,the basic contents of energy efficiency evaluation of civil aviation enterprises are determined based on the analysis of influencing factors of enterprise energy efficiency,and then,a vertical evaluation model of energy efficiency is established from the aspects of energy saving management system,energy system and environment system,which aims at high-efficiency energy utilization and low-intensity carbon emissions,and the contents of each evaluation indicators are explained.Thirdly,the combined weights of evaluation indicators are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and information entropy(IE).With the practical needs of energy efficiency evaluation of civil aviation enterprises,the method of gray relational analysis(GRA)for energy efficiency evaluation is selected by the comparative analysis of various evaluation methods.And then,validated the evaluation model on a representative civil aviation enterprise and analyze the evaluation results.Finally,a dynamic monitoring method from the perspective of energy-saving management is proposed based on the research of dynamic monitoring method and the results of energy efficiency evaluation.Through the dynamic monitoring of energy-saving management of civil aviation enterprises,make the management more effective.
