Hub airport service is one of the important safeguard for passengers traveling or trasiting here,and it is the important premise of hub airport’s benign development.In recent years,with the increase of hub airport passenger throughput,more and more problems exposed in service link.Passengers not only focus on the aim of travel,but also focus on the transfer convenience and security.Therefore,the managers should find the way to evaluate Hub Airport Service Quality scientifically and find out the weak link of airport service.In view of this,the purpose of this paper is to build a Hub Airport Service Quality evaluation index system and scientific evaluation model.Firstly,this paper sum up the research status at home and abroad,analyze the helpful experience and inadequacies,expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge and evaluation methods.Secondly,the paper establishes a conceptual model of factors influencing on hub airport service quality and analysis the factors of hub airport service quality.On this basis,the paper selects the index and establish the evaluation index system of Hub Airport Service Quality.Then the paper introduces the concept of language component,establishes the combined model based on the fuzzy Topsis,fuzzy grey correlation degree and fuzzy VIKOR method and select five hub airport for empirical analysis,find the problems based on the evaluation results of each airport.Finally,considering the importance of the evaluation index and the evaluation result,the paper put forward some suggestions for hub airport service quality improvement from the central route network construction,the surrounding traffic management and so on several aspects. |
