China can produce about 6 billion pairs of shoes per year.This quantity is nearly half of the world's production.The contradiction between production capacity and market demand makes the exported shoes manufactures facing a very serious and even cruel competition.In the face of weak international purchasing power,international competition,domestic high cost,shortage and other internal problems of the enterprises,this reseach is based on the SR shoe company as an example.This research uses the literature research method,system analysis method,PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.SR shoe company's environment,resources,abilities and the existing problems is the focus of this article.The study puts forward the strategy difference strategy which is the design a scientific and rational development strategy of the company.The research also contributes to knowledge the shoes making industry and similar industries.This research is divided into seven parts.In chapter one,it is the introduction and general overview of the study,introduces the research of the international and domestic background,research purpose and research questions,research methods and ideas.In chapter two,it will introduce the theoretical basis of the domestic and foreign related data review,which is from domestic and foreign.This will lay a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the problems.In chapter three,it covers the analysis of SR shoe company including external environment,macroscopical environment and industry analysis,Potter five forces model,analysis of the external factors in the synthesis.In chapter four,it analyzes the resource conditions SR shoe company with the basic information of the company and then takes out the company's resources,ability,internal factors synthesis.In chapter five,this is the most important part of the design strategy of SR shoe company.On the basis of the analysis above,it gives the principle and idea of strategic planning of SR company,put forward the strategic management of differences in the development of the company,and the market positioning,strategy implementation and strategic.Chapter six is the supporting measure of SR shoe company strategy.This chapter consists of the organization strategy,the strengthened construction of information,pay attention to the construction and development of enterprise culture,expanding financing channels for enterprises to accelerate the technological progress,talent cultivation,the optimization of strategic leadership and other aspects of analysis and discussion.The last chapter is the conclusion which is based on the full text of the SR footwear company development strategy.
