With the vigorous development of IT information industry in China,the competition in IT products market is more and more intense.In a fully competitive market,the price of the product directly determines its market performance of the product,sales and profits.A reasonable product pricing solution can open the products market to gain more market share,but also bring more profits to achieve long-term strategic objectives for the company.Therefore,product pricing is one of the most important decisions for each company in production and business activities.In this paper,the IT manufacturing field company Powerleader Technology Group as the object of study,the introduction of Powerleader technology group self-devising products as the background.The paper analyzes the main competitors,the internal environment of the company and the external environment of the server industry.Combined with the market positioning of the company’s self-devising products,put forward the new pricing scheme of self-devising products: Basing on the pricing principle dominating skimming pricing and penetration pricing,different customer demand adapt different pricing strategy,the amount of orders over 500,000 RMB customers or strategic customers should adopt the competition oriented pricing method,and the amount of orders under 500,000 RMB customers should adopt cost oriented pricing the method,in order to achieve the relative fairness for different customers.Finally,the author discusses the pricing scheme implementation steps,preparation work,implementation difficulties and corresponding solutions for the self-devising product of Powerleader Technology Group Company.And comparative analysis of the implementation effect of this program demonstrates that Powerleader Technology Group’s self-devising product pricing program not only promotes the growth of product profit,but also is beneficial to the realization of long-term development strategy.This research is a successful practice of the mainstream of the market product pricing theory and methods in the product pricing decision process of the enterprise.It also can be some references and promotion significance to the product price decision-making process for other IT manufacturing enterprises. |
