Layout Optimization For Gansu Postal Agency Financial Business

In recent years,with the fast development of agency financial business of Gansu postal service,some financial outlets have grown into a new power in the financial business,and the development potential is huge,therefore,the increase in the rural financial outlets is the need and the inevitable path of sustainable development of postal financial business.By increasing the network in the rural areas,agency financial business of Gansu postal service can effectively expand the rural financial market,enhance the postal savings service brand,and increase the income of postal enterprises.At the same time,agency financial business of Gansu postal service can introduce the concept of modern financial management and can improve the level of rural retail financial services in order to meet the increasing needs of rural financial services.However,part of the Gansu postal financial business outlets have been affected by the narrow site,unreasonable layout and other factors.Because the service radius of financial coverage is too small,the development is very difficult.In order to further improve the global quality of service,it is great inconveniencefor users to use the postal savings business.Based on the dilemma about the development ofagency financial business of Gansu postal service,this paper mainly studies the optimization layout of financial business outlets in Gansu province.Firstly,we have implemented a series of optimization measures for the existing postal outlets.Specifically,speeding up the standardization of the network construction;actively exploring the transformation and upgrading;optimizing the human resources management;improving network service functions,and so on.From the results of the analysis of the effect,the turnover of our province's business outlets has greatly enhanced,we have achieved initial success.Secondly,this paper provides a further optimization schemeforour province's outlets.Specification,on the basis of the prediction of the cost and profit of the candidate postal outlets,the optimization results are obtained by using integer programming under the current budget constraints.We consider the case when the cost and profit of the candidate postal outlets are unpredicted.Specifically,based on the feasibility analysis report submitted by the candidate business outlets,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the candidate business outlets and then obtains the weight of each factor.In other words,we make a comparative evaluation of candidate outlets in quantitative analysis,and obtain the best decision scheme,which provides theoretical support for the decision management of the company.
