Research On The Formation And Development Of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives

Farmers' professional cooperatives have played an important role in deepening the reform direction of agricultural production specialization,commercialization,socialization and marketization.Elite-led farmer cooperative in towns play a very important role in raising the farmers' income,saving the transaction costs of farmers entering the market and helping the farmers avoid the risks.In many types of Farmers' professional cooperatives,the Elite-led farmer cooperative accounted for a large proportion in all cooperative types,and become an effective carrier to realize the common income of small households.The farmers' professional cooperatives are usually composed of a large farmer and a group of small farmers,or several large farmers and a group of small farmers,Due to the heterogeneity of cooperatives,the cooperatives is characterized by "strong lead,weak participation".Big farmers generally control the decision-making power of cooperatives,and small farmers in the cooperative business decision-making more inclined to take a free ride behavior.This leads to a series of problems in the process of governance and operation: such as minority control,unclear property rights,internal supervision,loss of foundation of democratic control,and so on.Based on the theory of trade cost theory,game theory and system dynamics theory,this paper,according to the research ideas of the formation,operation and development of farmer's professional cooperatives,This paper studies the operation mode of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper is divided into six chapters,the main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the current research situation,and introduces the research methods and technical route of the paper.The second chapter is related concepts and theories.First of all,the definition of the object of study,given the farmers,cooperatives,Farmers' professional cooperatives,able to drive the concept of professional farmers cooperatives.The theory of game theory,transaction cost theory,institutional change theory and system dynamics theory are expounded.The third chapter analyzes the generation of farmers' professionalcooperatives.First of all,the transaction cost and the theory of institutional change as a guide,from the small family and the village can be pointed out that people can drive the formation of professional farmers cooperatives demand.And then use the game theory to analyze the behavior decision between the two kinds of farmers,get the plight of the cooperation between the small farmers,and the necessity logic that the people can drive the small farmers to form the cooperatives.In the third chapter,on the basis of the above,it is pointed out that the co-operatives can establish the conditions.The fourth chapter is about the operation mechanism of the farmer's professional cooperatives system.The fourth chapter first,from the small household,professional big and cooperative three aspects to find out the three target variables and behavior variables,through screening to find out the constraints of the cooperative system operating mechanism of the key variables.The flow rate system and the flow rate are basically entered into the tree model.Then,by using the stepwise deletion method by stepwise deletion,all the minimal base modes of the operating system are calculated.Then the minimal feedback base model is classified,and the minimal base model of the target variable is analyzed by holistic theory and reduction theory,and the corresponding management policy is given.Finally,the management guidelines are summarized and classified.The fifth chapter is the management strategy to promote the formation and development of the farmer's professional cooperatives.Through the analysis of the third chapter and the management policy drawn from the fourth chapter,we give concrete management countermeasures from the internal and external governments of cooperatives to promote the healthy development of cooperatives of this type.The sixth chapter gives the conclusion and prospect of the research on the farmer's professional cooperatives.
