Analysis On The Influence Of Different Environmental Regulation Tools On Enterprise Performance

This paper mainly discusses the impact of different environmental regulatory tools on corporate performance.environmental pollution is obvious and worse as the rapid developmental of our economy at the same time.Especially the concern of the haze problem has caused a lot negative effects on people's health and life.The relevant departments of the state have also paid more and more attention to environmental governance issues,and mentioned the problem to be dealt with immediately.Dealing with the pollution need government to control,and the enterprises need cooperate with the environmental regulation department.But the environmental regulation will increase the production costs of enterprises,which is in the implementation of environmental regulation is regulated enterprises can not be very good with the environmental regulation of the main reasons.Therefore,if the environmental regulatory department wants to achieve environmental protection and economic development win-win effect,they must actively find an effective way of environmental regulation,which is the significance of this study.This paper discusses the practice of environmental regulation tools in Europe and America and China,and finds out the shortcomings of the selection of environmental regulation tools in China.Then analysis the impact of different environmental regulatory tools on corporate performance through the establishment of model and empirical test,and concluded that although the use of each environmental regulation tool will increase the production cost of the enterprise,the market environmental regulation tool can stimulate the technological innovation of the enterprise compared with the command environmental regulation tool.Moreover,the article through the empirical test analysis,the market-type environmental regulation tool is more conducive to the improvement of corporate performance.At the end of the article,according to the comparative analysis of the impact of different environmentalregulatory tools on the performance of enterprises,combined with China's situation,respectively,the environmental regulatory department in the future environmental work practice is given,but also for the pollutants in response to environmental regulation Countermeasure.
