Bank overall risk management system is The banking industry's most advanced credit risk management, it put forward by The Basel committee in 2004 of The New Basel Capital Accord(The New Basel Capital Accord) as The main platform, with the development of banking industry constantly revised and perfect. As the highest standards of today's banking credit risk management, refers to the overall risk management system, the credit risk, market risk, operation risk and liquidity risk, etc. All together, considering the correlation of various risks, adopt the method of combination of unified management.Based on the method of case study, this paper through the B group in 2006 and 2009, against A bank loan fraud crime, to 2014, the main fraud unit of A bank successfully recovered, were tricked into the credit capital is 1.76 billion Yuan RMB, deeply analyze the beginning and end of the loan fraud case of causes, and combining the theory of "asset management", "asset liability management theory", "the new Basel capital accord, credit 6 c analysis method and a series of the current mainstream of bank credit risk management theory as the theoretical support in this case, in case the combination of theory way for A bank credit risk management system vulnerabilities, and put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures. This paper not only has the current scholars "comprehensive risk management system" is dedicated to research the cutting-edge technology of risk management, as well as the author own working experience and under the new era for the current development of the bank risk management mechanism of some personal ideas, this article has certain practical significance and research value.
