Research On Risk Control Of M&A Project Of MC Company

The research is based on the project of MC company mergers and acquisitions(M&A)JD company. MC company is lack of theoretical guidance and practical experience on M&A project risk controlling, in view of this situation, the research systematically studies theoretical knowledge and operating method of project risk controlling according to the M&A project being undertaken, which has good guidance meaning for the project of MC company mergers and acquisitions(M&A)JD company.The research first discusses the background and research methods, significance, contents,thinking, etc. Second, domestic and overseas research status and theoretical knowledge related are summarized, especially the classification, identification, and theories and methods used in analyzing and controlling M&A risks. Then the research focuses on introducing the M&A project and the situation of risk management, and analyzing the problems exist in carrying out the M&A project. The fourth identifies and analyzes the risks, then establishes risk classification framework by using risk tree and section identification method, identifies the project risk list, and establishes the project risk evaluation list. In order to establish the risk map, the research makes the possibility of occurrence and influence degree clear of the risks according to quantitative index. The fifth introduces risk control measures based on risk analyzing, and classifies risk factors into high, middle and low degree based on risk map, thus selects the key point of risk management. According to forewarning management of key point,the research forms a system of risk controlling. At last, the research summarizes the full text,and proposes the research direction in the future.
