By combining the analysis of marine market, kid's clothing market, B2 C electronic commerce environment and robotics market with the internal environment of the two companies, the paper develops a development strategy to achieve joint development of the two fellow companies. The paper concludes as follows:( 1) Positively transfer ZD Marine Engineering Company's business focus. The shipbuilding industry in China has become the bottleneck while the weakness of the external economic environment makes the status of excess capacity even worse. At the same time, the development trend of "digitization, network and intelligence" of manufacturing industry is gradually deepening and the shipbuilding industry is developing in the direction of intelligent design, intelligent product, fine management and information integration. In the future more robots will be released into the shipbuilding process, which will result in the widespread use of robots in the shipbuilding industry. In order to get rid of the internal and external disadvantages, ZD Marine Engineering Company should establish a perfect sales agency network on the basis of ship electrical and marine installation business and form a complete lifecycle service for the products by establishing cooperative relationship with the ship robot brands.
