To participate in economic globalization and regional economic integration,China has long been the implementation of "going out" strategy.In this strategy,Cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions becoming the inevitable choice of Chinese enterprises,domestic enterprises to Cross-border M & A and thus become increasingly active.Nowadays,the Cross-border M & A capability of Chinese enterprises has been growing day by day,and it has achieved some success in transnational operation.It has achieved internationalization through Cross-border M & A.However,due to the late start of Cross-border M & A,There is still insufficient,therefore,how to make Cross-border M & A after the successful implementation of mergers and acquisitions and how effective implementation of the relevant resources has been widespread concern.This paper focuses on the relationship between the integration of transnational M & A and the performance of the enterprise.Based on the related theory of Lenovo's acquisition of Motorola Mobile,this paper analyzes the background,motivation and integration effect of M & A on the basis of the related theories of transnational M & A and transnational M & A detailed analysis and description,and select the relevant data from 2012 to 2015 analysis of the M & A event and its integration activities on the relevant financial performance indicators impact,and lead to Lenovo's solvency,operational capacity,profitability,development capacity And so on.And finally concluded that the current merger and acquisition of the situation,the acquisition is not successful,and even Lenovo after the overall performance of the decline in mergers and acquisitions,all aspects of the ability to decline.It is suggested that Lenovo should pay more attention to the brand,channel,human resources,technology and finance in the follow-up activities of mergers and acquisitions,and formulate perfect asset reorganization strategy.For our enterprises,in the Cross-border M & A before,not only need to conduct a detailed assessment of the objectives of mergers and acquisitions,but also on their own and M & A objectives of the situation need to have accurate positioning and clear understanding of the development of perfect mergers and acquisitions and late integration Strategy,or easy to fall as if the Lenovo M & A Motorola mobile hard as the integration of the road.
