Study On Development Strategies For LSHE Group

Strategic planning is the theoretical guidance and tactical basis of enterprise development.Reasonable strategic planning is beneficial to enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to obtain competitive advantage,but also contribute to the long-term development of enterprises,therefore,the development of strategic planning is essential to the enterpriseIn this paper,LSHE enterprise was selected as the research object,and LSHE's various data were obtained through the research and historical investigation,and the development plan of LSHE was developed by using a variety of economic and management theories.In this paper,the development environment of LSHE is analyzed from the external environment and the internal condition.The analysis of the external environment mainly uses the PEST model and the Porter model to analyze from the macro and micro angles.Secondly,the article uses the SWOT model to summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprise,and developing the enterprise's strategic planning according to the strategic objectives of the enterprise,including product strategy,technology innovation strategy,human resources strategy,marketing strategy and International business strategy.Finally,the article points out the problems that need to be paid attention to in the implementation of the strategy,and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions to support the implementation of the strategy,which enhances the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy and tries to provide useful help to enhance the enterprise management level and enhance the enterprise competitiveness...
