Research On Optimization Of Working Capital Management In TN Company

Financial management plays a very important role in the daily management of enterprises,while working capital management is the core component of financial management.At present,with the acceleration of globalization,China's enterprises are under increasing pressure of competition,enterprises in order to maintain the normal operation of the daily,enhance their core competitiveness,the management of more and more began to focus on their own,working capital management,working capital management has become increasingly prominent importance.Now,it has a wide range of uses: it is the enterprise information disclosure of accounting information as the basis of enterprise specific date accounts receivable,prepayments,inventory,cash and other financial data analysis,found the problem,to improve,to do so,not only can predict trends and trends in the future development of the enterprise working capital,can also play a guiding significance to the management decision-making.Therefore,the research of working capital management is not only to China's enterprise,how to do research and exploration to promote strong,and provide strong scientific guidance and comprehensive theoretical basis for Chinese enterprises better go abroad.This paper introduces the recent research scholars at home and abroad the latest theory of working capital,working capital funds on the concept,content and characteristics were discussed,at the same time,this paper also introduces the working capital operation characteristics of tourism e-commerce is related to TN company.Secondly,I take TN company as an example,from the financial point of view for the TN company's working capital to carry on the detailed analysis,through the analysis to find out the problems of TN company in the current working capital management process.Furthermore,working capital related problems exposed for the analysis of the TN company,starting from the TN company,the causes for the problems related to working capital management in TN company are exposed on the analysis of deep mining.Finally,the author puts forward the reasonable and effective measures for the management of related working capital exposed by TN company.In this paper,through the establishment of related working capital analysis model for TN analysis,the TN company has a relatively high risk of working capital,working capital use efficiency is low,the cost of working capital management is relatively loose,working capital structure is not reasonable and other related problems in working capital management.At the same time,through the working capital management status of tourism e-commerce companies,hoping to find out a common mode of analysis from,and then extended to the current domestic tourism to e-commerce companies.
