With the opening of the refined oil market, international oil companies and private enterprises have joined the competition one after another, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce challenges. In order to increase profits and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises pay attention to "the third source of profit"-logistics.Therefore,it is necessary to study and solve the problems in the optimization of logistics supply chain network and provides sufficient data support for enterprise business decision.Based on the current situation of the development of the oil product logistics in China and according to the refined oil logistics and distribution network optimization principle and key cost factors, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of construction of refined oil logistics supply network combined with the specific enterprise existing logistics supply network situation, and the established optimization model of logistics supply network scenario under the future development planning of enterprises.Through the actual business data into the model of case analysis, this paper comparisons the optimized total cost of logistics supply network of different models, shows the practicality and efficiency of the optimization model, which provides the decision of the key nodes of the network optimization of the logistics supply chain. In this paper, the effectiveness of the joint optimization model based on the verification, respectively for variables in the model sensitivity analysis, including the new plant capacity, the demand of the products and service distribution center distance change when the total cost changes and model optimization, and gives analysis and decision suggestions, provide a detailed the data support for enterprise decision-making,and also provide a certain reference for the academic research and practical.
