Since the implementation of national reform and opening up,China's economic and trade development has maintained a rapid growth model.China's GDP level of high-speed growth is inseparable from the huge energy supply,China is currently in the industrialization and urbanization of the rapid layout of the period also faces a huge gap in energy consumption.According to the "BP World Energy Statistics" statistics,in 2016 China's total consumption of one-time energy of 4.36 billion tons of standard coal, accounting for 23% of the world's total energy consumption, for five consecutive years to become the world's highest energy consumption country.Huge energy resources not only cause energy supply and demand of tension, high energy consumption, high emissions will also cause a series of environmental contradictions,a direct result of some countries put forward "China's energy threat theory" and so on,so that China's commitment to energy and environmental issues of international public opinion The This paper reveals the relationship between energy use and trade in a country by proposing the concept of " embodied energy ".By calculating the implied energy scale in China-Japan trade and the analysis of the driving factors of the implied energy scale,we can first reveal the essence of China's energy use and foreign trade more clearly and clearly, followed by China's "13th Five-Year Plan" In the energy-saving emission reduction policy recommendations. In this context, according to the WIOD world input-output database compiled in 2002,2007 and 2014 China-Japan bilateral input-output table, combined with China and Japan departments of energy consumption data, and the integration of 22 departments, respectively Measured the total energy intensity of 22 departments in China and Japan and bilateral trade implied total energy. The empirical study found that the intensity of energy consumption in China and Japan showed different degrees of reduction, and China's energy intensity compared with Japan's huge decline, indicating that China and Japan have a certain degree of energy use efficiency The SinoJapanese bilateral trade implied to show the total amount of "first increase, then lower" trend. In China-Japan trade,China has been in the status of net energy exporting countries. Then, the SDA structural decomposition model is used to divide the driving factors of the bilateral trade implicit energy scale into internal technical effect, trade structure effect and trade scale effect.Empirical studies have found that changes in the size of trade can play a most important role in the trade implication, compared to the contribution of trade structural factors to implied energy change values is very small. The internal technical effect has a strong inhibitory effect on the scale of the implied energy of the trade. The increase in the efficiency of energy use does have a certain effect on the flow of energy through international trade. In the end, this paper provides rationalized policy recommendations based on the results of the implication of the China-Japan trade and the results of the driving factors analysis, and gives the trade escalation views in line with China's current economic development trend.
