Recently, affected by slowly recovery of internal economy growth and slow down of China's economy, investment, real estate development and manufacturing industry are all developing at the slope; meanwhile steel industry is severe at the point of over capacity, demand is at off season, which result in the worse status of steel industry, neither the trade business. Ever before, in China most of the steel trade companies are not good at risk management, even still be vacuum for this kind of operation. No matter the reaction for this risk. With the booming of credit risk of those steel trade companies, dozens of companies went bankrupt. Therefore, risk management is critical important for steel trade company, so more and more company to realize that, and rule the risk management at the top level, to manage the risk to improve efficiency and performance.This article would study at the example company, raise question, study question and propose solution.
