Since 1990 s,with the rapid development of information and communication technology,knowledge and information has become increasingly digitized and standardized and materialized,enhance trade of many cannot be stored in the traditional sense and transport service products.In this context,the developed countries in order to reduce the cost of production,outsourcing part of the standardization of service production to developing countries,and promote the rapid development of offshore service outsourcing.Offshore service outsourcing not only reduces the production cost of transnational corporations in developed countries,enhance the international competitiveness of multinational companies in developed countries,developing countries from developed countries through undertaking offshore outsourcing services,promote their productivity and employment increase,and ultimately promote the development of local economy.A related problem is that on the one hand,the developing countries through the promotion of local employment and wage increase of offshore outsourcing of services;on the other hand,due to the service link in developing countries to undertake with respect to undertake technical level in China,is still at a high level of technology,engaged in related work are mostly medium education and higher education,high-tech workers,therefore,to undertake offshore outsourcing undertaking countries will have an impact on the employment structure among different skilled workers the wage gap,namely the development of Chinese through offshore outsourcing of services,promote local employment and wage growth,will further expand the different skilled workers in employment structure and wage gap.Based on this,this paper from the as the world’s major offshore service outsourcing in China Chinese perspective,theoretical and empirical studies of the effects of offshore outsourcing of services to Chinese different skilled workers employment structure and the wage gap,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper includes the following chapters.The first chapter,introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research methods and main research contents.The second chapter,the relevant literature review and theoretical framework,mainly related to the literature closely related to this paper,and establish a theoretical framework which can be tested empirically.The third chapter,China to undertake offshore outsourcing and employment gap changes,mainly for China to undertake offshore service outsourcing and different technology workers employment structure and wage gap changes explained.The fourth chapter,to undertake an empirical study on the impact of offshore outsourcing on employment gap China,mainly adopts empirical research method,empirical research on the impact on the offshore outsourcing service industry Chinese different technology labor employment structure and the wage gap,and verify the theoretical hypothesis mentioned in theoretical framework.The fifth chapter is the main conclusions and countermeasures.
