Research On The Path Of Urban And Rural Development In Shanxi

Along with our country city on the development of the "fast track",the appearance of the city,City Economic and social change rapidly led the way,but only "rural ones".The phenomenon of "separation of urban and rural areas",the widening gap between urban and rural areas,the increasingly serious problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" restrict the coordinated development of our society and economy.The development of urban and rural development is not synchronized,not overall,uncoordinated and unsustainable in the resource-based provinces of Shanxi reflected more obvious.Take the most direct indicators to reflect the overall level of urban and rural development-the income ratio of urban and rural residents,the income of urban and rural residents in Shanxi province is higher than the national,even higher than the other five provinces in central China.For some resource-based cities in Shanxi Province,the income of urban and rural residents is even greater.The income gap between urban and rural is only one manifestation of the level of urban and rural development,more important is the quality of life of rural residents,social security,culture and other aspects of city residents and there is a big gap between the resource-based provinces of Shanxi,urban and rural gap is becoming increasingly apparent.Industrial development is the premise and the foundation and guarantee of urban and rural development in Shanxi Province,but the lack of industry support and strong: because the agricultural economy relying,long cycle and low profits causes to absorb the factor of production is extremely limited,slow development;the resources industry "produce monopoly" out of the science and technology and human capital,leading to the regional industrial structure and the single local manufacturing "crowding out effect";the third industry lags behind the development of rural surplus labor employment lack of capacity.All these make the overall development of urban and rural areas in Shanxi lack of strong industrial support,the task of balancing urban and rural development is very arduous.In order to find out the urban and rural development in Shanxi Province as a whole industry to support the development path,break the two structure in urban and rural areas,urban and rural integration problem,this article from the industry perspective,the path of development of urban and rural areas in Shanxi province.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theoretical mechanism of the first industry,the second industry and the third industry to support the overall development of urban and rural areas.Then,in order to better understand the current situation of Shanxi province urban and rural development level,the comprehensive index system to establish the time series data,using the entropy method of Shanxi Province in recent twenty years(1996-2015)of the urban and rural development the overall level of the longitudinal comparison,at the same time,the difference in order to get the Shanxi province 11 prefecture level city level of urban and rural development,the data of 2015 based on the horizontal comparison of the 11 cities in Shanxi province.Then,the supporting effect by using grey correlation analysis method empirical study of three industries in Shanxi province 19 industry segments for the level of urban and rural development,the empirical results show that: Shanxi province urban and rural dependence and vulnerability to the resources industry;dislocation development of mining industry and manufacturing industry,resulting in inadequate development of urban and rural power industry on the third;urban and rural areas to promote a strong ability but low level of development;"city development,resulting in the separation of urban and rural development weakened;inter city industrial homogenization,it is difficult to derive the urban and rural industrial system.Finally,according to the empirical results,based on the perspective of industry support,build a path of Shanxi province urban and rural development: industrial base to build urban and rural areas;to promote the rational division of labor industry layout;to create favorable external conditions for the development of urban and rural areas.
