Research On Supply Chain Coordination That Considering Demand Information Updated And Logistics Costs

With the rapid development of information technology,the demands level of consumers is increasing, also the demands is more and more diversified and personalized. The uncertainty of the market demands is getting more bigger. In the supply chain model, the market demands is a random variable, and they subject to a stable distribution.But the current market environment is unpredictable, the market demand will no longer be regarded as a stable distribution.Its distribution is also changing. This will forced supply chain decision makers to make rapid changes in market changes. So decision makers are increasingly concerned about the use of market information to better grasp the market demands and to improve customers'service levels.In this paper, the Bayesian demand information update method is adopted to sovel the situation as the market demand will no longer be regarded as a stable distribution . The research object is the two-stage supply chain system whih single product, single supplier and single retailer.This paper researched a two-stage order strategy based on the benefit of supply chain decision maker. As demand updating,the make decision makers have to take small quantities and multi-batch orders'method. This will increase the supply chain logistics costs. In the study of the two-stage order problem, this paper taked the logistics cost into account and established the model for the decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making of the supplier and the retailer. It also gaved the corresponding solution according to the different model. Through the numerical analysis, we can find the change rules of order quantity and expected profit in different parameters. We also find the profit of supply chain under decentralized decision is less than the profit under centralized decision.In the supply chain coordination research, this paper used the profit transfer function and the supply chain price subsidy contract. This paper also established the decision-making model under decentralized decision-making, and the solution method is given according to different models. Also the two method can coordinated the supply chain can be achieved by numerical analysis . The profit of the supply chain can be increased .We can also find the markdown money contract can reduce the order frequency and decrease the supply chain logistics costs. Finally, through the comparative analysis, it is concluded that it is more appropriate to choose the markdown money contract from the consideration of logistics cost.
