Management Game(short for MG),is a management training course to simulate enterprise operation of Carnegie Mellon University.During many years' operation,MG has become a high-qualitied management education course.Based on computer and Internetionl technology,students participate in simulated executive of companies,Northeastern university takes part in MG topic discussion in order to focus on strategic research.Strategy management ability on overall strategy,marketing strategy,production strategy,production strategy,financing strategy can be improved after three years of simulation.WP,a wrist watch company,is founded by five MBA students of Northeastern University in MG cirruculum in 2015.The five students took WP overall management business like general planning,marketing,producting and fininacing as roles of CEO,CMO1,COM2,COO and CFO.The author in this project is CMO2 who is in charge of the high-end Sport.Based on the 3-years' marketing of high-end product Sport,this paper begins with relative theories and the introduction of WP company,then analysis outside and inside environment,and discusses about strategty planning,implementing and adjusting,finally sum up to suggestions about future marketing strategy. |
