In a new market environment guided by demand,internal and external enterprise environment become more complicated,the competition is fierce,and the standard of enterprise management is higher and higher.Lean production,as a kind of advanced mode of production and management thought,has been recognized as the best choice for big enterprises around the world.Successful implementation of the lean brought huge benefits and great changes for enterprises,and enhanced the competitive capability of business.Complete lean production system contains the core idea and principle of lean production,lean production system of technical requirements and lean production system of organization and management.Technology and management are two inseparable aspects,technology provides a series of tools and methods for the implementation of lean production,organization and management provides a guarantee for the efficient operation of lean production.As the enterprise organization structure mode must be adapted to lean production,so the innovation of organizational structure oriented lean production becomes the important and urgent problem facing the enterprise.According to the basic idea and application of lean production,this paper attempts to explore a kind of organizational structure model of lean production,which is based on the characteristics and principles of lean production.In contrast,the past researches mainly described the characteristics of the organizational structure of lean production under the macro level,which is difficult to grasp.This paper attempts to present the organizational chart of the structure so as to make it easily understood and applied.The research work of this paper is carried out around the following aspects: firstly,the paper describes the general popular environment of lean production in the domestic and international market and analyzes the reasons for the failure of lean production application.The object and content of this paper is to explore the organizational structure suitable for the lean production.Secondly,the theory this paper used is described respectively.Here,three main theories are introduced: The first is the theory of lean production,including the development process and application status of lean production;The second is the organizational structure theory,containing the various forms of organizational structure and their advantages and disadvantages in the process of its evolution;The third is the organization structure innovation theory,mainly elaborating the organization structure innovation thought and the innovation way.Thirdly,based on the above theory,the feasibility of using process organization as the main frame of the organizational structure of lean production is demonstrated.The advantages of the process-oriented organization are obtained.Then,the framework of the organization structure and its effectiveness evaluation system is set up by the method of qualitative analysis,and the operation mechanism of the organization structure is described.Finally,through the case analysis of J company,the deficiency and improvement of J company's original organization structure are summarized,then the organizational structure innovation of the lean production is analyzed,and the effectiveness of the organization structure is verified.
