With the rapid development of science and technology,in the knowledge economy,the purpose of the construction project implementation of knowledge management is to take advantage of the special knowledge resources and services in the project objectives,to ensure the smooth implementation tasks,thereby improving the efficiency of the project.If deviated from this point of departure,blind organizational learning,support and project team building and other activities on both utterly useless.But how effective measures to embody knowledge learning services for the project,need to identify the factors that influence the construction project team knowledge learning and team learning has been achieved.After reviewing a large number of relevant literature,this thesis start feature to start learning the knowledge,summed up the construction project team chaos,collaboration,diversity three characteristics;combination of knowledge development in the context of rapid economic and engineering environment extraction method based on grounded theory impact of the project team knowledge learning factors,namely knowledge characteristics,ability to learn the body of knowledge,knowledge,learning environment and organizational outcomes;and then optimize the traditional radar,build project team knowledge learning radar chart evaluation model;Finally WW entity project survey,the collected data into the evaluation model to verify the feasibility of the model,the team evaluated the learning outcomes for analysis and put forward practical policy recommendations.Based on the angle of construction projects,extracting knowledge learning factors use grounded theory method to construct the radar chart team knowledge learning evaluation model,enrich the connotation of the team’s knowledge and learning,provide a reference for future research. |
