Study On Occupational Credit Management Of Outgoing Seafarers In China

Strengthening the credit construction is an important content of the government to implement public management. As an important component of personal credit system and the key part of linking personal credit and social credit system, occupational credit can directly affect the progress of social credit system construction, and the progress of integrity society construction.Based on the theory of personal credit management, occupational credit theory and public management theory, this paper summarizes the research situation of professional credit management,combs the status of overseas seafarers' occupation and credit management, summarizes the achievements and finds out the existence problems and shortcomings, analyze the causes of the problem, learn from the relevant success stories at home and abroad, and explore countermeasures to solve the problem.As the main achievement of the research,this paper selects the social recognition as the main body to carry out management behavior, and forms the occupational credit record which is in line with the occupational characteristics of the outgoing seafarers.Put forward the framework of occupational credit management and six countermeasures and suggestions for how to effectively carry out the management.The research results of this paper not only has a theoretical and practical guiding significance for occupational credit management of outgoing seafarers, but also can be used and promoted by other profession management.
