With the further development of China's market economy reform,the reform of financial system is deepening,the financial environment is becoming increasingly complex,the ZCGD bank,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,there are five major state-owned commercial banks and foreign banks cut off,after ZC rural commercial bank weizhui,taking ZCGD bank as the representative the shares of the bank had not only to survive,but also to seek development.To this end,ZCGD bank must recognize their own strengths and weaknesses,according to the current situation to develop their own development strategy,development strategy and implementation of specific goals,the performance management system of ZCGD bank put forward higher requirements.I work in the bank by ZCGD,the human resource management especially performance appraisal,have a certain understanding,so I combined with relevant theoretical knowledge during the period of school,under the guidance of the instructor,in-depth study of the current situation of ZCGD bank's performance appraisal,the performance appraisal system is built for the long-term protection of science.Development bank.According to the research needs of this paper,this paper is divided into six main parts:the first part is the introduction,mainly on the background and significance of this research,technical route and research purpose and research methods and research innovation conducted in-depth research,reviewed the relevant literature,provides the foundation for thesis writing writing.The second part is the relevant theoretical basis,this chapter on performance and performance evaluation theory,the main performance evaluation methods,as well as domestic and foreign research literature in-depth study,in order to lay the theoretical foundation for this study.The third part is the analysis of employee performance appraisal situation of ZCGD bank,ZCGD bank,mainly overview of the status quo of performance assessment,performance appraisal and analysis of the problems and causes,so as to provide a realistic basis for the following construction of performance appraisal system.The fourth part is the performance evaluation system optimization for staff in ZCGD.First,to establish performance appraisal system to achieve the objectives and principles were clear,and then use the balanced scorecard method on 4 aspects of performance appraisal standard,and then extract the KPI,on the basis of specific performance evaluation index is determined,and then use the AHP to determine the weight,specific indicators.And determine the cycle and object of evaluation,so as to establish the staff performance appraisal system.The fifth part is the application and guarantee of ZCGD bank staff performance appraisal system.On the one hand,it confirms the application of the assessment result to the salary adjustment,career planning and job adjustment.On the other hand,determined to strengthen the assessment of organizational performance and leadership,good performance appraisal related guarantee,strengthen the performance appraisal of knowledge training,strengthening the examination results,the reasonable application of communication and feedback of performance evaluation results and other aspects of the security measures to safeguard its implementation.The sixth part is the conclusion and shortcomings of this paper.
