| Innovative function is the core role of managers in the development of enterprises need to play,management innovation is very important to promote enterprise development,industrial upgrading.Now,the Chinese economy is in the adjustment period of economic structure,the key stage of the transformation of economic development mode.The Suply-Front economicsreform has been proposed in the 13th Five-Year Plan.In the information industry as the leading industry to promote the growth of national economy,promote the rapid development of other industries play a role of engine change.Therefore,this study of Chinese information industry in senior management innovation for enterprise development of the information industry has important practical significance,and the research on influencing factors about the roleof management innovationis particularly important.Inrecent years,the influence of population background characteristics for management to make decisionsnot only has become a trend.But also from this point of view,research of the quantitative management innovation is a new attempt.So,this paper uses the upper echelons theory and psychological contract theory,themed on the relations between Senior management background characteristics and promotion incentive and innovation.First,Studying on the relationship between executives background characteristics and innovation,researching on the specific background characteristics of managers such as the relations among the average age of team average,the proportion of gender,education level,the average tenure and the innovation of managers.On this basis,from the angle of promotion incentive,making research on how promotion incentives regulates the relations between managers background characteristics and innovation.Selectingfrom the domestic information technology industry executives as the research object,meanwhile,extracting645 valid samples,carrying on the empirical researchand basing on the 09-12 data.To construct a multiple linear and nonlinear regression model,the following conclusions are drawn:first,the relationship between the age of top management and the role of innovation in the existence of inverted U type.Second,there is a positive significant relationship between the level of education and the role of innovation in senior management.Third,the role of top managers in terms of tenure and the role of innovation in the presence of inverted U type relationship.Fourth,promotion incentives play a positive role in regulating the background characteristics and innovation of top managers. |
