"Internet +", "integration of information technology and industrialization" is China's current important industrial policy, information industry in which played an important role. However, this paper finds that the spatial distribution of information industry in China is concentrated in a few developed provinces. In order to study the reason of this agglomeration phenomenon, this paper borrows the concept of "market potential" in new economic geography, which includes the factors of market demand and geographic distance, taking into account the technology-intensive characteristics of information industry, Integrated into the technical factors constitute the information industry comprehensive market potential. On this basis, this paper studies the relationship between the integrated market potential of information industry and the spatial distribution of information industry, taking into account the impact of labor and capital factors on information industry agglomeration, establishes the information industry spatial distribution and information industry comprehensive market potential, Labor factor, capital factor between the regression model and the calculation and testing. It is concluded that the information industry's own comprehensive market potential ratio is the main factor affecting the spatial distribution of information industry, the quality of labor force, and the level of foreign investment on the development of information industry. This shows that the information industry's external diffusion effect and the ability to stimulate the development of information industry in other regions is weak, and the effect of self-agglomeration is very strong, the gathering of information industry is mainly due to its own cycle effect. Based on this conclusion, this paper studies the spatial distribution of information industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta region, and finds that the development level of information industry in these two areas is very different, but this difference is not due to the central cities (Beijing, Shanghai) of the radiation drive capacity differences caused by, but their own information industry market potential level of difference caused.
