| With the development of network technology and the popularity of smart phones,a variety of mobile applications are emerging,is achieving a subversion of the traditional service industry and the original consumer behavior,to a large extent,facilitate the daily lives of people.Special software is one of the most rapid development of the APP,a car is be-tween taxi and car rental services in real time through the mobile phone software called the car 020 city car service.In October 8,2015,the Shanghai Transportation Commission offi-cially announced to the DIDI platform issued qualification of network about car rental platform license,the car was born in China for more than a year,the most important events of the milepost that the government and industry,affirmation and recognition of the traffic field of mobile Internet innovation.With the car legalization,car will get more space for devel-opment in the future,and how to better develop the car industry,better customer service will become the focus of the development of the car the next step.Based on the previous literature,discusses the characteristics and challenge of tailored car APPs,in the technology acceptance model(TAM)based on the combination of theory,perceived playfulness per-ceived cost theory,perceived risk theory and network externality theory to establish the research model of this paper,and fully considering the in-fluence of population statistics the main variables of different variables.The sample data were collected through questionnaire survey method,using correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling and quantitative analysis of various factors which affected the car user’s willness,through independent samples T test to verify different demographic attributes of user perceived differences on each of the main variables.Finally,according to the research results,the impact of various factors of car APP improved service suggestion. |
