The rural bank is the main force of Chinese new rural financial institutions,and the new rural financial subject.The development of Changfeng rural bank of Suizhong is facing a severe test in the rural financial market increasingly lush today.However,the rural bank has difficulty with the absorption of deposits because of the low trust and excessive dependent on traditional commercial banks.So the marketing research on deposit therefore is particularly important.Through the analysis of the internal and external environment facing the development of bank deposits in Changfeng rural bank of Suizhong,the SWOT analysis shows that the deposit product types are single,the internal organization system is not perfect,the publicity effect is not ideal,the customer system is imperfect and so on.Changfeng rural bank of Suizhong should establish the development of market competition and self-development of the deposit marketing strategy proceeding from the actual situation.Changfeng rural bank of Suizhong can put forward the strategy from the four aspects of innovation of deposit product,enterprise internal organization optimization,promotion and CRM marketing based on customer segmentation,and integrated marketing on this basis.In addition,the implementation of the strategy requires the necessary implementation of security,including human resources,financial support,technology support and company culture in four areas.All the recommendations intended to designed through the marketing program to solve the Changfeng rural bank of Suizhong low credibility degree and weak competitiveness and other issues.
