Pharmaceutical industry is an important industry which is closely related to people’s lives and health,and be also an important component of the national economy in China.Since the beginning of reform and opening up,pharmaceutical industry in China is keeping high growth for many years,and its growth rate has been higher than the gross domestic product(GDP).The production value of pharmaceutical industry has been increased at an average rate of 16.8%,which has become an important sector of social development.Especially the development of pharmaceutical enterprises in China has been more quickly recently,regardless of size&strength,competitiveness or principles and measures of internal management has greatly improved.However,many pharmaceutical companies are faced with overcapacity in China in recent years,the lying idle of equipment,the increasing of production cost,the shortage of capital,the decreasing profit rate and many other issues.In the current medical system reform in China,to domestic pharmaceutical enterprises,how to market in an invincible position,the most fundamental way is meeting the demand of target customers more effective than the competitors.Under the constraints of limited resources,the influence factors of how to meet the demand of target customers for pharmaceutical companies,including as follows:purchase management,material management,distribution and marketing etc.So how to improve the level of supply chain management has been one of the most important topics to pharmaceutical companies,and also been the most effective means to solve the problems such as raw materials cost constantly rising,profit space constantly variable small.In this dissertaion,we study Ningbo Liwah Plant Extraction Technology Limited,through a more comprehensive investigation.With the analysis of the production process and supply chain management,this paper proposed some problems of supply chain management.On this basis,some optimization ways of supply chain management have been put forward in order to solve the inefficiency of Liwah Co.ltd.And the optimization strategies of supply chain risk management and control have also been proposed,thus we can build win-win partnerships of vendor management system.In the end,we evaluated the effectiveness of implementation of supply chain management based on project management.With the discussion and analysis of theory and practice of supply chain management based on project management,we draw conclusions that many advantages and benefits in the process can be obtained with using above ideas and measures.That is based on meeting the demands of different customers,the supply chain management based on project management can bring forward some benefits,such as reducing inventory,reducing production costs,and optimizing the enterprise internal management and organizational structure,then,ultimately profits and competitiveness continual growing in the future. |
