With the continuous development of market economy,enterprises are facing fierce market competition,human resource management in the enterprise development strategy becomes more and more prominent,as an important source of employees of enterprise competitiveness,plays a decisive role in the development of enterprise.Human resource management in modern enterprises,performance management has become one of the important strategic content and more and more enterprises focus on the implementation of performance management for employees,in order to enhance the staffs working enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,and ultimately enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.A company is a large-scale science and technology research and development enterprises,the number of its engineers continue to increase,due to various reasons,the current performance management system has been difficult to adapt to the needs of enterprise development,must to optimize its performance management system.This paper mainly from the economics,management,performance management,strategic management point of,the integrated use of literature research method,theoretical and practical combination of research,interviews of 168 engineers in Xi'an A company in the performance management system.Based on the theory,analysis and research on the existing performance appraisal system of A company,and points out its current performance participation,management system,index system,method,process control and feedback,the application and other aspects of the problem,and from the leadership of the importance,historical inertia,human resource management,job analysis and other aspects of the analysis and summary of the reason.After introduces the main principle and method to optimize the performance management system the key from the performance objectives,performance implementation,performance evaluation and feedback,the optimization scheme of personal development for the engineers of A company performance management system was designed.Finally,from the implementation of process control,performance evaluation and assessment,performance communication and feedback,application of performance results and other aspects of the whole A company performance management system optimization scheme is studied,and the performance culture,performance management training,puts forward corresponding safeguard measures of performance management system,to ensure that the engineers of A performance management system optimization can be implemented smoothly.This research can help the A company on the level of performance management engineer the effect to a certain extent,it has a certain significance.
