Along with continuous deepening of opening degree of financial domain,the age of comprehensive operation of financial industry comes closer.As a product of finance integration and financial service combination and innovation,Bancassurance contains product character of bank and insurance in the same time,which has been largely developed in our country,and has become a significant sales channel for life insurance.However,at the time of high speed development and tremendous prosperous of Bancassurance,there are also some problems and potential risks,for instance,simple product structure,shortage of related service,serious cutthroat competition,increased operation cost,and big potential risk of misleading of consumption,etc.This requires us to research that how to maintain its development result,solve the risk and obstacle existing in Bancassurance in the current time,and reinforce correct marketing awareness and risk management awareness of Bancassurance at the turning point of bank insurance development.In this paper,the author focuses on the research of development of bank and insurance cooperation in Inner Mongolia Branch of ICBC,wherein,first of all,the related theories and characters of bank and insurance cooperation,and current status of development of domestic and oversea bank insurance are introduced,and then,with current status of development of Bancassurance of Inner Mongolia Branch of ICBC as breakthrough point,advantage and disadvantage in bank and insurance cooperation of Inner Mongolia Branch of ICBC are analyzed,as well as the existing problems and reasons thereof,further,the related countermeasures and suggestions are submitted as per the actual status.
