Study On The Evaluation Of The Development Level Of Grain Comprehensive Production Capacity In Henan

China is the world's most populous developing country,in order to ensure social stability,rapid and healthy economic development,protection of national food security has always been the most important development.Before 2004,China's grain production appeared over a period of time ups and downs,since then,China's grain production to achieve a historic "twelve even increase",from the provincial food production point of view,13 grain-producing areas of grain production accounts for national grain The proportion of production has been maintained at 70% or more,the main grain producing areas year after year for the national grain production has made great contributions to ensure the national food security on the basis of the agricultural supply side of the structural reform to create the conditions.Henan Province is one of the 13 major food producing areas,grain production after Heilongjiang Province,ranking second in the country,but also the country's largest wheat production,in the protection of national food security has a pivotal position.Henan Province adhere to the scientific and technological innovation as a breakthrough point to increase the income of farmers to ensure the effective supply of food for the purpose of food production is moving towards the direction of agricultural modernization.In the food production infrastructure has been improved,the planting structure tends to be stable,grain production from the satisfaction of the demand to the green sustainable,to meet the quality of demand changes,grain comprehensive production capacity significantly improved.In this background,the paper studies the comprehensive production capacity of grain in Henan Province,and tries to grasp the specific level of grain production capacity development in Henan Province comprehensively and accurately,and provide reference for the further development of grain comprehensive production capacity in Henan Province.On the basis of field research on Gushi County,Huaxian County and Xi County,Henan Province,based on the statistical data of Henan Province in 2005 ~ 2014,this paper,based on the theoretical research on grain comprehensive production capacity,AHP method was used to analyze and evaluate the development level of grain comprehensive production capacity in Henan Province in recent 10 years.Firstly,the concept,connotation and composition of grain comprehensive production capacity are clarified according to the theoretical summary of grain comprehensive production capacity.Secondly,a reasonable evaluation index system of grain comprehensive production capacity is designed,which includes four criterion layers and 14 specific indexes,and determine the weight of each indicator.This paper evaluates the development level of grain comprehensive production capacity in Henan Province by using the comprehensive evaluation index system and compares it with the whole country to find out the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive grain production capacity in Henan Province.The results show that the level of comprehensive production capacity of grain production in Henan Province is high,and the input level and output level can reflect the overall development level of grain comprehensive production capacity,the quality index of cultivated land and the grain yield per unit of cultivated land.Has a greater impact.According to this,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the comprehensive production capacity of grain in Henan Province: Strengthening theconstruction of cultivated land and ensuring the quantity and quality of cultivated land;Strengthening the supporting role of agricultural science and technology in grain production;Promoting the construction of new management subject,improving the management level;Production policy protection,improve farmers' enthusiasm for grain;Optimize the food industry chain.
