China is an agricultural country,and agriculture is the foundation of the national economy in our country.The most important contents of our country are to consummate information service in rural areas,solve all kinds of problems encountering in the process of information into the village,and make the information technology become an important power to improve the production and people's living standard.Compared with information service institutions in cities,rural information service institutions lag behind both in quantity and popularity.As the carrier of "Information into the Village Project",it has a significant meaning to improve the quality of service in rural grassroots information service agencies and promote rural information construction by understanding the present situation of constructions and use of the rural information service stations and revealing the user satisfaction degree.Starting from the perspective of utilization status and user satisfaction of the rural information service station construction,the article builds customer satisfaction evaluation index and model.Taking the rural residents in Jiangsu province as an example for empirical research,it combines the construction and the use status of rural information service stations in Jiangsu province,bases on the analysis of satisfaction degree and related affecting factors,and puts forward suggestions on improving user satisfaction of rural information services in Jiangsu province.Through the literature research,this article analyzes and sums up related basic theories of the rural informatization,rural information service station,and its satisfaction degree,and at the same time,it concludes the current domestic and foreign studies on the rural information service station,agricultural informatization,and utilization and satisfaction degree of agricultural information service platforms.The article refers to the related research results of rural informatization,analyzes the key roles and the service subjects of the rural information service station based on the definition of related concepts,refers to the classical research results of customer satisfaction degree at home and abroad,combines with the rural construction and the development situation in Jiangsu province,builds models for rural information service satisfaction measurement index system and satisfaction structure respectively,and designs the questionnaires targeted at rural residents'satisfaction degree and experts questionnaires targeted at experts in the field of agricultural informatization based on the index system and model.Within the scope of the Jiangsu province,selects many representative sample areas ranging from the southern,middle and north Jiangsu,carries out field investigations,distribute and recycle the questionnaires,and collects datas.Screens the collected data by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate the index weight in the index system,analyzes the satisfaction degree of rural information service station,on the basis of which build customer satisfaction,customer expectations,the structure of the relationship model between the user perceived quality and customer loyalty.Understands the relationship between different factors,combined with the degree of satisfaction analysis and the construction and utilization of rural information service stations in Jiangsu Province,points out problems existing in the process of construction of rural information service stations in Jiangsu province,and puts forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions for improving service quality and customer satisfaction of rural information service stations accordingly.
