The rational use of urban land is an important symbol to improve the level of urban construction and management,and it is an important embodiment of the construction and management of urban construction and management in accordance with national law.Protection and rational development of urban land,and guide the development of urban land use to the direction of high efficiency,has become an urgent need to solve the problem of sustainable development of social and economic.At present our country land use development in the transitional period of significant transition characteristics,land use development cannot fully in accordance with the western developed countries that the market for LED model of economic development,we have to wrap around to carry out the implementation of different types of land use patterns,to tease out the suitable for rational use of land in our country experience way.China's urban land use at the present stage,the government plays a leading role in the government to determine the property rights,to pave the way for market operations.But in practice,the government intervention in the market failure is limited,the government's orderly intervention mechanism is not perfect,the need for further reform.Based on analysis of Chinese typical urban land development and management case,take Shenzhen as an example,for the local government to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions of the intervention and management of urban land,to better adapt to the development of market economy in our country,and improve the level of rational use of urban land.
