Study On The Role Of Microcredit On Precision Poverty

As the eighteenth session of the CPC Central Committee the fifth meeting would be to achieve the goal of building a well-off society as the starting point,to remove all the poor counties hat before 2020,the poverty farmers who met Chinese current poverty standard would get rid of poverty,perfect solved the problem which about the whole of China regional poverty.Precision of poverty,poverty alleviation comprehensive precision had been put on the agenda,found out a road met with the current situation of social development of the precise poverty is essential,writing this case analysis under the background based on the above.In the beginning of case analysis given concept and theory of the precise poverty and microcredit,had a long-standing study on the poverty problem,microcredit originated in western countries,had gradually become a kind of institutional innovation of financial products,financial services to the poor farmers and small agricultural enterprises,helped to alleviate poverty,to help farmers achieve self-development,makes the contradiction between supply and demand of money can be reduced in the rural financial market,improved the rural financial system,the achievements had attracted worldwide attention.This paper mainly used the literature research method,field survey method,comparative research method and experience induction,the Liuyang rural commercial bank and rural credit cooperatives in Guizhou Province as the typical case analysis,combined with analysis of foreign typical cases,such as the effectiveness of microfinance in Bangladesh Grameen Bank and People's Bank of Indonesia,the actual results showed that microcredit had great effect on improving poor people's income and promoting rural economic development.Yunus also won the 2006 Nobel peace prize for outstanding contributions in the field of microcredit.By comparing the extent of microcredit poverty on the precision,but also provided a new way for our country to solve the rural problems,so as to give appropriate policy recommendations.Through the above analysis reached a decision that China is an agricultural country,cardinal number of our country rural population is larger,and the foundation of rural economy is not so good,the development speed is also behind the city,leading to further imbalance between urban and rural economic development,resulting in poor rural areas has become a major problem in economic development China.How to force on microcredit more accurate should be locked out of poverty,lack of viable capacity poverty population.Farmers self-developing ability is the core,the government,the people's Bank and agriculture related financial institutions together to foster a good financial environment is the key,all the four are indispensable.
