Since 2014, the clothing market competition has become increasingly fierce. Traditional clothing manufacturing industry, wholesale and retail enterprises are facing the enormous pres sure and challenge caused by environmental change. The traditional clothing industry is weak,yet clothing industry has made good achievements in the field of electronic commerce. In th e field of electronic commerce, three companies of BAT have completed the layout in the inte rnet after rapid development. On the platform as the representative of Taobao, the clothing e-c ommerce is becoming increasingly mature with the initial small sellers and subsequent enterpr ises entered, It is important for traditional wholesale and retail clothing enterprises to make st rategic transformation and innovation in the base of the present advantages,even facing the h uge impact of the electronic commerce.Firstly, this article analyses strategic environment and makes the conclusion of GS comp any 020 development strategy at the beginning of 020 business model and the conception of 020 in the community. Secondly,GS company realizes the 020 strategic in the community bas ed on the enterprise information strategy, channel strategy and user central strategy. Finally, t he article discusses the risk of GS in the implementation of the community 020 strategy and t he positive measures. Through this paper, we can get the research on the community 020 stra tegy of GS company: community 020 can help GS company to realize the strategic transform ation; at the same time, the new community 020 model can help enterprises from the traditio nal to the Internet, can make up for the lack of traditional enterprises and e-commerce enterpri ses. At the end, enterprises can form their own core competitiveness.
