Electronic bank has become the development trend of modern commercial banks, and it is an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks.The BOC of Zhong Yin Da Sha Branch as the research object, in the literature analysis,on the basis of market research, stated the current situation of the development of electronic banking, Combining domestic and foreign research results proposed studies on the electronic banking business development the lack of related research, and put forward the research method based on data analysis. Then through the SWOT analysis, pointed out that in the large enterprises, small and medium enterprises and individual customers and different target customers in the market positioning, clear The BOC of Zhong Yin Da Sha Branch of the marketing strategy, such as channel strategy of product innovation strategy, different price strategies and variety of placing strategy, a full range of promotional strategies, providing effective specific means of electronic bank business marketing in measures.
