With the development of Chinese economic and the improvement of living standard,China's aging appeared a trend of increase in younger, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was on rise year by year. The size for pharmaceuticals market of traditional Chinese medicine injection which could be effective treatments for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was also gradually expand, especially the market shares of Freeze-dried formulations proprietary Chinese medicine with pseudo-ginseng as extract revealed a upward trend because of fewer side effect, permanent cure and excellent curative effects. There have a wide varieties and keen competition in the traditional Chinese medicine prescription drugs used in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, to this kind prescription medicine, how to find a corresponding marketing mode would be the key factor for the sustainable development.In this paper, we firstly taken the injection of blood flux prepared from pharmaceutical company as an example, analyzed the pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad first,generalized several kinds of marketing model to present prescription drug, and then analyzed the advantages and disadvantages; Second, combined the self characteristics of A pharmaceutical company with their product feature, deeply analyzed marketing environment and market condition of injection of blood flux by PEST analysis, Porter 5 force model and SWOT analysis; Finally, introduced the concept of differentiation marketing into prescription drugs sales, further explored and then refined the innovative marketing model of injection of blood flux.The research and discussion of the innovative marketing model not only possessed important practical significance to injection of blood flux product sales for A pharmaceutical company,but also provided a new ideas to the prescription drug sales model.
