The Research Of Wafangdian Bearing Company Development Strategy

Wafangdian Bearing Company(Wazhou for short) is the first bearing manufacturing enterprises since the founding of New China.Currently.As the largest state-owned limited liability company in Wafangdian City, Wazhou has some unique advantages in the process of operation and management. However, the company development faces many urgent problems need to be solved with each passing year,because of the increasing number of domestic bearing manufacturing enterprises getting larger,the increasingly fierce competition of international market and some issues about the enterprise internal management and enterprise mechanisms. Therefore,under the new period,Wazhou as a research object was given a scientific enterprise development strategy by this paper , and it is a practical significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.At first, the paper introduces the overview of Wazhou company development, after analyzing the operating conditions, technical ability, marketing ability, financial situation,human resource situation of the enterprise, and research the reason of the problem because of company development. Secondly, after analyzing Wazhou company's external environment,the paper analyzed the macro and industry environment of Wazhou company with PEST method , and found out the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise by using the SWOT analysis. Then this paper determined the guiding ideology and strategic target of the Wazhou company development strategy , put forward the overall development strategy of the strategy of high end oriented and internationalization strategy. And this paper Build a functional strategy system for the development of the company behind the four aspects of the product innovation strategy, market development strategy, talent development strategy, resources reorganization strategy.Finally, to ensure smooth implementation of Wazhou company development strategy. With strengthening information construction, improving the company institutionalized management, accelerating the system reform, strengthening the management of capital cost, improving corporate culture ,this paper puts forward safeguard measure of the development strategic implementation.
